The check-in and check-out process was fast and easy. The reception staff, particularly Mr. Korolos, were friendly. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The apartment had ample space and I was even upgraded. The hotel facilities and location were great. The breakfast buffet was very good.

We recently had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Executive Apartments in Dubai. One of the highlights of our visit was the attentive and cute staff, especially Francis, Muhammad, and Nipping who were always ready to assist us with a big smile. The professionalism and dedication shown by Harpeet and Marcus at the reception made us feel valued as guests. We were also impressed by the around-the-clock availability of Karen, Mysa, and the Filipino guy at the operator desk.

Although there were some minor inconveniences, such as the lack of nearby shops and the delay in fulfilling guest requests, these were quickly rectified when reported. We believe the management should address these issues.

The control panel of the elevator was efficient, even during crowded times. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the city and the shopping hub. The shuttle bus service to the nearby Dubai Mall was a great perk. The staff even surprised my friend with a birthday cake. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again.
